Each of us trust in many things. Probably you trust God, possibly you believe that the universe is enduring, maybe you believe that the sun will shine tomorrow morning.

You most surely have beliefs concerning yourself: You may think that you are a talented artist or an excellent golfer or a lovable person. But you most surely also have negative beliefs concerning yourself: You may think that you are too fat or that you do not have enough education to earn a lot of money or that you are not beautiful enough to find a lover. These are your Limiting Beliefs!

And we all have them! Without omissions! You just have to "listen" to your self talk going on in your mind! Is it always optimistic? I bet it is not. There will frequently be statements like "This won't work", "I am too stupid" or "If only I were smarter".

How do Limiting Beliefs lead to Self Sabotage?

Consider it! If you really believe that you are not good-looking enough to find a lover, you will most probably discontinue searching for one. If you really believe that you are not learned enough to find a good job, you will possibly stop applying for the job you would desire. This is the primary step of Self Sabotage.

It may even go further: Let's assume you think that you are not educated enough to get the job of your dreams. And for some cause (maybe your father, some friend or "fate" opened the opportunity for you) you DO get this job. If your Limiting Belief (not being educated enough) is strong enough, you will unconsciously be compelled into actions that guide to your losing this job after some time. Maybe you will make stupid mistakes (mistakes that are untypical of you), maybe you will subconsciously provoke situations which lead to your being late at work almost each morning, who knows!

Limiting Beliefs direct to Self Sabotage! That is a fact! This is not a character fault, it is just the way it is! And you can just do one thing about it:
